Maximum 3 birds per pen, pavilion open for penning from 8.30 am. Every one appreciates knowing what you intend to bring, so as we can list on forum or notice board.
We will allocate pens prior to day, but can also be booked on day up till 10.00 am.
Negotiations between seller and buyer can only proceed after the auction is declared closed at 12.30 p.m. and then only on pens that did not reach the seller's [advised on pen] reserve.
All payments will be made directly to seller, enabling you to take your bird and leave, avoiding queues to collect money or birds. Sellers will be required to remain at the pavilion close to their pens, during auction time.

Yes we do have guinea fowl booked, but no details, usually have an assortment of colours in young stock showup.

Viewing from 9.30am. Auction Commences: 11:30 am Finishes: 12.30pm. All lots are at auction during this time. Footscray and District Poultry Club Breeders have reached the end of breeding programs and can only retain limited numbers, meaning many breeders will need to sell Stock to make room for this years cream of the bunch. Great opportunity to obtain best stock at very reasonable prices.
Having a purebred laying flock, costs no more to feed than commercial birds. Many of the Best Australian Poultry Breeders come from all states to sell their surplus stock at our Auctions, and Breeders are available to answer your queries when negotiating sales. We also get many pet quality and backyard layers.
