Would you ever consider not reading every word of a legal document? < NO = you would read it in its entirety = so you need to read the APS as if it were a legal document (even tho it is FAR from every being one)

^ see = you need to actually read things

if you miss a vital few words in the APS and the Judge has read it all and deducts points on the few words you skimmed over = your bird may not place or win = vital you read every word regards your breed

even tho I am NOT happy with Ed2 I state CLEARLY = read every word = if there are obvious mistakes - refer to Ed1 AND to your Breed Clubs Standard for clarification = not all breeds have mistakes in them in Ed2 = you have to read it properly

Well I made a big goof prof reading my sisters grave stone but so did my Mum and Dad , Then when my other sister came over for my mum's funeral few years later we discovered it had four errors on it.

Anyone got any guess as to when the Ed3 will start and come out?

Maybe we ought to start a guessing game here to see who is closest – winner takes all = a copy supplied free by APS? < yeah I know = mightily cheeky of me = but it is just a thought [smilie=a_bigteeth.gif]

May (end of month when posting out starts) 2029 is my guess – subject to change to within 13 months of that date ;) laughter.gif
(This is if I am not on the board and subsequently have no information as to the progression of the book)

as to mistakes =
if I am NOT the proof reader = 21 glaringly obvious ones = as there will be many more breeds and colours within breeds to be considered

if I AM the proof reader = (right hand held up with left hand on my heart in affirmation) I swear on my Oath to do my very best to ensure there are no mistakes in Ed3
also to try to get it made up as a ring binder = as per my previous suggestion dating back well over a year now and repeated recently to reinforce the need for this type of APS Journal

I think this is a very good idea. When you suggested this to the persons who compiled the Standards what was their reaction?

^ I suggested it after I discovered that Ed2 was not going to be this style - apparently it was never even thought of by them ! ! !

I hope it is for Ed3 tho !

Yet another reason why I am more than happy to be on the board for Ed3

my edition 2 turned up today so they are definately still available.
maybe the bramha are allowed multible heads to make them grow big and fast?
But I do have a serious question , in the standards it states that orpingtons lay brown eggs
all the one's I have seen lay white eggs , is that a major fault?
