now - I am already hated by a few for my opinions on this subject so lets add fuel to the fire shall we!!
also = this answer may not make full sense as it may get disjointed = if so = just re-read it a few times until it does make sense
AND remember that a few on other forums have tried to steal this idea from me last year but the date of posting that first time shows clearly it IS and will always BE my idea
OK - got THAT BIT off my chest so on to my answer

BETTER NOT !! As so many new to OZ breeds are being imported and NEED to be catered for in our APS
Yeah yeah I know!! They are yet to arrive in egg form let alone hatch and grow out to an age they can be picked up by their OZ parents = all that aside

Some colours in some breeds have been kept 'under wraps' until recently also many 'new colours' are being or have been developed in many of our breeds and need to be included ASAP not 'APS when we feel like it'

This length of time between copies is disgusting and positively ‘Draconian’ (best term I can think of that is polite to describe it)
Why are they not taking on MY IDEA OF A RING BINDER STYLE and a Committee (of ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH IT PROPERLY and at least one that CAN Proof Read) that takes submissions for 18mths of every 2yrs then considers and accepts or declines same (giving a reason for any that are declined) and sends out replacement/additional pages for the RING BINDER VERSION at the end of each 2yr period
All everyone would need to do is purchase the RING BINDER VERSION meaning ED TWO being redone as a RING BINDER VERSION = orders payable 50% in advance to cover the expenses (which is a fair ask)
Then a Committee being set up (which I am MORE THAN HAPPY to be nominated for as I CAN Proof Read) and a 2 yearly cycle being implemented
all new pages would have to be paid for before they were sent (of course)

Well I loved YOUR ORIGINAL idea Sue the binder is perfect and it could and should mean regular up-dates of the standard instead of 20-30 years which I agree is Draconian love that!
