Best age to sex white peafowl

What is the best age to sex white peafowl by looking at them closely.

0-4 months
4-6 months
6-12 months

I seem to recall its more than 6 months but need help here

Also which method is best

Spurs
Height
or other

Alternately you can get a DNA test for about $30 I think.

It is very hard to sex them under 2 years but sometimes you can see the difference in size if you have more than one white. You can't go on spurs as both sexes can have spurs but the hens is usually much smaller. Other than DNA you may have to wait or post some picture and we maybe able to help?

With experience you will get to know at 6 months buy the base of the tail, head size, leg size and body size but if you not too experience then wait around 18 months then you will know by juvenile train development and hight.

Overall height is a good indicator but as written you need to have at least 2 or 3 to compare.

I found with my whites that the males are bigger from a few months and as you say you can see the difference
