Yes the parcels could also be cut to 10 that way there would be 4 times the number involved and far less expensive

All the source stock is being sold off according to Practical Poultry so its not happening with those lot

This is the best idea I have read so far and something similar to what I posted sometime ago but you have explained it better. If there was to be another attempt it should involve hundreds of syndicate members 3-4 hundred I think to spread the risk factors such as costs ect... and as you say disseminate the gene pool much quicker

That's not a bad idea the poultry industry is well-versed to the protocols for both exit and entry of live birds and eggs and they know the pit falls to avoid and the ones important like comprehensive testing before exit of egg and the source flock

Thats a very good idea they know how to import properly so they would be best to handle it from the start and get it right
